Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District <br />02CW038 <br />VII. SETTLEMENT. <br />The parties affirm expressly that they have discussed settlement. The parties plan to <br />continue settlement discussions. <br />VIII. OTHER MATTERS. <br />Transcript of CWCB Hearing: Applicant shall arrange for a transcript to be made of <br />the hearing held before the Colorado Water Conservation Board on September 10, 2002. <br />The parties shall have.21 days after the date of notice that the transcript is available <br />within which to file objections to the accuracy or completeness of the transcript. If no <br />such objections are filed, the transcript shall be deemed true and accurate. Alternatively, <br />if any such objections are filed, the court's order resolving such objections shall <br />determine the extent to which the transcript is deemed true and accurate. <br />Proposed Order: Applicant shall file and serve upon all parties at least 15 days prior to <br />trial a proposed order that sets forth any necessary findings, terms, or conditions that the <br />applicant reasonably believes the court should incorporate into the decree, pursuant to <br />Water Court Rule 2(f). <br />Stipulated Parties: The District has reached stipulations with the following objectors: <br />Virgil and Lee Spann Ranches and Robert and Geraldine Howard; the City of Gunnison; <br />and the objector group consisting of Gerald E. Bullock, Thomas C. Kelley, Brenda M. <br />Kelley, Roy B. Winslow, Helen Winslow, Paula J. Lehr, William F. Chambliss, Linda <br />Chambliss, Kenneth R. Bergan, Mary T. Bergan, Ben Peterson, Jill Peterson, Karl R. <br />Peterson, Ruth S. Peterson, Nancy Ruehle, Raymond L. Ruehle, Arthur I. Means, Toni M. <br />Bullock, Linda M. Goldman, Mike Peterson, Carl Long, Ruth Marie Long, J. Craig <br />Bryant, and Lu Ann L. Bryant. The objectors in the preceding list are either not <br />participating further in the case or are participating only on the limited basis allowed by <br />their stipulations. Such objectors need not participate in further conferences or hearings <br />though they shall continue to receive pleadings and other filed papers. Objector Natural <br />Energy Resources Company (acting through Allen D. (Dave) Miller, President) has <br />withdrawn its statement of opposition. <br />511 <br />
