The t�:rms and provisions of pardgraph A.9. and E3.4. of <br />that cerY.ain contracC dated May 15, 1976, atTached hereto as <br />Exhlblt "A" and .lncorporated herein by reference shall no longer <br />be effective but shall be amended to read as fol.lows: <br />A.9. Purchase from t:he S1:ate �L1 of the SCate's r.ight, <br />title and interest in said project and any facilities <br />thereof at a total purchase price of Nine Hundred <br />Seventy-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Dol.lars <br />(S973,996), payable In Chtrty-one annual insta.11ments <br />as follows: thlrCy annual installments of Thirty Thousand <br />Stx Hundred Twel�e Doll.ars ($30,612) eaeh, and a thirty- <br />f.irst instaltment of FifCy-Five Thousand S[x Hundred <br />Thtr�y-Six Dollars ($55,63G).
