Task 4 <br />The bidder will prepare a project master schedule and cost estimate that the County can <br />use for further project planning. To this end the bidder shall prepare a general project <br />description, cost and schedule for future work up to and including completion of <br />construction. This should include data identified in Tasks 1, 2, 3 and 5, and ancillary <br />costs such as legal, regulatory, public involvement, etc. <br />Task 5 <br />The bidder shall provide research and provide information on the following items: <br />1. Options for consideration of property rights of Lake front property owners. <br />2. Funding opportunities available for further work. <br />3. Whether an engineered structure at the outlet of the Lake will change the <br />designation of the Lake to a Reservoir. <br />4. Options the bidder considers relevant for consideration by the County, e.g. a <br />low head hydrological power option. <br />5. Conduct a brief downstream effects forecast during the different phases of <br />this project, i.e. construction, fill and operation. <br />In preparing the bid, the bidder shall identify. those assumptions it makes regarding the <br />work. Where the bidder requires the County's involvement, the task and work product <br />shall be clearly described. <br />The bidder shall include in its bid a clear and concise scope of work from which the bid is <br />prepared. <br />Project Schedule <br />The bidder shall submit a schedule based upon elapsed time from award (week 0) by <br />task including tasks the bidder requires of the County. The schedule shall identify <br />milestones and critical path. The schedule shall allow at least 30 days review of any <br />reports by the County. <br />Personnel and Rates <br />The bidder shall provide a table of named professional -level individuals proposed to do <br />the work. The table shall consist of: name; title; home office; full -time, part-time, or <br />subcontractor; description of work (may be referenced to outside the table); fully <br />burdened rate; and percentage of cost for the individual as a function of total labor. The <br />bidder shall designate those individuals critical to this study as key individuals. The table <br />shall also have a line item each for administrative support, travel and ODCs costs, and <br />where relevant, details should be provided. Resumes of the named individuals and the <br />corporation shall be provided in an appendix (see Proposal Format section).
