DRAFT <br />statutory requirements and the limited time in which the Board must provide its <br />findings to the Water Court an Applicant g pp ant may elect to provide additional <br />information at the time it submits its Application to the Board. The following list <br />of items will provide information to the Board and assist the Board in making its <br />findings and recommendation: <br />a. A description of structures, including design plans for the physical control <br />structures; <br />b. Maps showing the location of all physical control structures and access; <br />C. Proof that the physical control structures are capable of fully and <br />completely controlling water within the stream channel; <br />d. Documentation describing the reasonable recreation experience sought <br />both in and on the water, including the time of day and season of use <br />sought; <br />e. Evidence that the amounts requested in the RICD application are available <br />for appropriation; <br />f. Information about the frequency of the requested volumes, including <br />exceedance calculations and duration curves for the claimed volumes; <br />g. Information showing that the amount of water claimed is the minimum <br />amount necessary to achieve the reasonable recreation experience sought. <br />h. Information about whether the existing water quality classification is <br />appropriate for the intended use; <br />i. Information about all necessary permits and the status thereof, <br />j. List of persons notified by the Applicant about the RICD; <br />0 <br />
