DRAFT <br />k. Documentation of the effects that the RICD and the associated structures <br />will have on current flood elevations; <br />1. Information about existing or proposed gages on the affected stream <br />necessary to administer the water right being sought; and, <br />m. Engineering data and calculations used to design the facilities associated <br />with the application for the RIDC or used as a basis for the information <br />submitted as part of this Article 5. This would include but not be limited <br />to: engineering plans and specifications; hydraulic calculations; <br />hydrologic calculations such as flow duration and frequency curves. <br />8. Notice. Within seven days of the Application Receipt Date, the Staff shall mail <br />notice of receipt of the application to the CWCB agenda mailing list. The notice shall <br />include the name of the Applicant, the flow amounts claimed, the water division, the <br />name of the stream, the location of the structures including he County, g y, d <br />information about how to obtain party status. <br />9. Party Status. Any person who desires parry status, and who is not the Applicant or <br />who has not filed a statement of opposition to the RICD, must submit an application <br />for party status to the Staff. The application for party status must be received at the <br />Board Office within thirty days after the Application Receipt Date. <br />10. Staff Input. Within eighty days from the Application Receipt Date, the Staff shall <br />provide a written report to the Board and to all Parties based on the information <br />provided by the Applicant, and any other applicable information. Such written report <br />shall include recommended Findings of Fact and Recommendation based on these <br />Rules. <br />10 <br />
