ENLARGEMENTS MOA
PUEBLO BOARD OF WATER WORKS
2. The Enterprise, during the next two years, may devise an appropriate
funding plan to fund additional Enterprise Water Management Space
beyond that funded by the Participant's and other Enlargement
Participants' commitment for 15 percent of storage space over -and -above
the storage actually realized by the Participants. If such additional space is
to be provided, the funding plan will be in place prior to enactment of
Enlargements Authorizing Legislation or execution of Enlargement
Allotment Contracts.
3. The Enterprise shall provide to Participant all estimates and accounting
reasonably necessary to facilitate the payments referred to in Part V of this
MOA, and shall provide to Participant an annual report documenting all
costs and expenditures, and summarizing progress to date and anticipated
future work.
4. The Enterprise will deposit funds received from Participant in an
interest- bearing account, for use to pay implementation costs of the
Enlargements as such costs are incurred.
