comparable to the charges for Fryingpan- Arkansas Project "If and
When" storage, and revenues from such charges maybe retained
by Participant.
g. Participant shall provide to the Enterprise all accounting necessary
to implement and administer its Enlargement Allotment Contract,
including, but not limited to, any information regarding exchanges
or change of water rights relevant to the Enterprise's agreement
under Section IV.B.6, below.
8. Participant shall not oppose the Enterprise's applications for conditional
water storage rights filed in Case Nos. 00CW 138 (Pueblo Reservoir
Enlargement) and 00CW139 (Turquoise Reservoir Enlargement), Water
Court, Water Division No. 2, except as may be provided in any stipulation
executed between the Enterprise and Participant.
9. Water stored by Participant in the enlarged capacity of Pueblo Reservoir
must be legally and physically available under decrees held by Participant
