the cost -share estimated to be $97,300. While this estimate
illustrates the expected range of magnitude of costs, Participant's
obligations pursuant to this MOA are based on actual costs
incurred, rather than estimates.
e. Any new uses of the south outlet works at Pueblo Dam shall assure
that capacity for the Arkansas Valley Conduit is not compromised.
The. Pueblo Dam south outlet works capacity is 359 cfs, which
includes 30.94 cfs for the Arkansas Valley Conduit, 278.50 cfs for
the Pueblo Board of Water Works, 30.60 cfs for the Fountain
Valley Authority, and under separate authority, 18.94 cfs for the
Pueblo West Metropolitan District.
f. Participant may store non - Project water that is intended for re -sale
within Colorado. Participant may sub -lease its Enlargements
storage space to other water users within the District, consistent
with the Implementation Committee Report and this MOA.
Participant's charges for sub - leased storage space shall be
