Valley Authority, and under separate authority, 18.94 cfs for the
Pueblo West Metropolitan District.
f. Participant may store non - Project water that is intended for re -sale
within Colorado. Participant may sub -lease its Enlargements •
storage space to other water users within the District, consistent
with the Implementation Committee Report and this MOA.
Participant's charges for sub - leased storage space shall be
•
comparable to the charges for Fryingpan - Arkansas Project "If and
When" storage, and revenues from such charges maybe retained
by Participant.
g. Participant shah provide to the Enterprise all accounting necessary
to implement and administer its Enlargement Allotment Contract,
including, but not limited to, any information regarding exchanges
or change of water rights relevant to the Enterprise's agreement
• under Section IV.B.6, below.
