WEST OF PUEBLO
d. Participant shall participate in a long -term water quality monitoring
program as outlined in the Implementation Committee Report.
The financial obligations for such participation are expected to
• begin in January 2002 (prior to execution of a Enlargement
Allotment Contract), pursuant to a joint funding agreement
between the Enterprise and the United States Geological Survey
( "USGS "). The long -term water quality monitoring program costs
for Enlargements are estimated to be $ fd 00 D • for each •
• year beginning in 2002. While this estimate illustrates the • •
expected range of magnitude of costs, Participant's obligations
pursuant to this MOA are based on actual costs incurred, rather
than estimates.
e. Any new uses of the south outletworks at Pueblo Dam shall assure
that capacity for the Arkansas Valley Conduit is not compromised.
The Pueblo Dam south outlet works capacity is 359 cfs, which
includes 30.94 cfs for the Arkansas Valley Conduit, 278.50 cfs for
the Pueblo, Board of Water Works, 30.60 cfs for the Fountain
