Any new uses of the south outlet works at Pueblo Dam shall assure <br /> that capacity for the Arkansas Valley Conduit is not compromised. <br /> The Pueblo Dam south outlet works capacity is 359 cfs, which <br /> includes 30.94 cfs for the Arkansas Valley Conduit, 278.50 cfs for <br /> the Pueblo Board of Water Works, 30.60 cfs for the Fountain <br /> Valley Authority, and under separate authority, 18.94 cfs for the <br /> Pueblo West Metropolitan District. <br /> f. Participant may store non - Project water that is intended for re -sale <br /> within Colorado.
