Participant shall provide to the Enterprise all accounting necessary <br /> to implement and administer its Enlargement Allotment Contract, <br /> including, but not limited to, any information regarding exchanges <br /> or change of water rights relevant to the Enterprise's agreement <br /> under Section IV.B.6, below. <br /> 8. Participant shall not oppose the Enterprise's applications for conditional <br /> water storage rights filed in Case Nos. 00CW 13 8 (Pueblo Reservoir <br /> Enlargement) and 00CW139 (Turquoise Reservoir Enlargement), Water <br /> Court, Water Division No. 2, except as may be provided in any stipulation <br /> executed between the Enterprise and Participant. <br /> 9. Water stored by Participant in the in the enlarged capacity of Pueblo <br /> Reservoir must be legally and physically available under decrees held by <br /> Participant for storage in Pueblo Reservoir or its enlarged capacity.
