ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> PUEBLO WEST <br /> c. Participant shall cooperate in a flow management program <br /> designed to bypass sufficient inflows when necessary to achieve <br /> target minimum flows of 100 c.fs. (including Fish Hatchery return <br /> flows) on the Arkansas River just below Pueblo Dam, as provided <br /> in the Implementation Committee Report. Additional terms and <br /> limitations may be included in Participant's Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract in order to implement other storage, exchange <br /> or flow limitations that may be agreed upon between the Enterprise <br /> and other parties. <br /> d. Participant shall participate in a long -term water quality monitoring <br /> program as outlined in the Implementation Committee Report. <br /> The financial obligations for such participation are expected to <br /> begin in January 2002 (prior to execution of a Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract), pursuant to a joint funding agreement <br /> between the Enterprise and the United States Geological Survey <br /> ( "USGS "). The long -term water quality monitoring program costs <br /> for Enlargements are estimated to be $97,000 for each year <br /> -14- <br />
