ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> CS -U <br /> authorizing the issuance of Participant's utilities system <br /> revenue bonds and (2) the proceeds of Participant's utility <br /> system revenue bonds as the City may, in its discretion, <br /> decide to issue from time to time (collectively, the "Capital <br /> Limited Source of Payment "); <br /> (b) The Enterprise shall look solely to the Operations Limited Source <br /> of Payment and the Capital Limited Source of Payment, as <br /> applicable, for payment of all amounts due from Participant under <br /> this Agreement; <br /> (c) Participant's obligations to make payments under this Agreement <br /> (1) shall not be payable in whole or in part from any tax revenues <br /> of the City of Colorado Springs (the "City "), (2) are not secured by <br /> the full faith and credit of the City, (3) are not general obligations . <br /> of the City, (4) shall not require, nor be subject to, the prior <br /> appropriation of funds as set forth in the City Charter, including, <br /> but not limited to, Section•7 -60 thereof, (5) are not subject to the <br /> -28- <br />
