ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> CS -U <br /> requirements of the City Charter or the Colorado Constitution <br /> regarding multi -year agreements or spending limitations, and (6) <br /> do not require voter approval.; <br /> (d) Participant's obligations to make payments under this Agreement <br /> do not constitute a debt of the City under the Colorado <br /> Constitution, including but not limited to Article XI, Section 6 and <br /> Article X, Section 20 thereof, or otherwise; and • <br /> (e) This Agreement shall not constitute any evidence of indebtedness <br /> under the City Charter, i ncluding, but not limited to, Section 7 -80 <br /> thereof. <br /> -29- <br />
