ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> money by the Enterprise (including reimbursement to the United States <br /> pursuant to MOU, and the Enterprise's own legal, accounting and other <br /> consulting fees and administrative costs) in order to develop appropriate <br /> engineering studies, feasibility studies, and plans for construction and <br /> operation of the Enlargements, to draft and advocate the Enlargement <br /> Authorizing Legislation, and for associated activities in compliance with <br /> NEPA and related statutes. These pre - authorization implementation costs <br /> for Enlargements are estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 <br /> While these estimates illustrate the expected range of magnitude of costs, <br /> Participant's obligations pursuant to this MOA are based on actual costs <br /> incurred, rather than estimates. <br /> 2. Participant agrees to reimburse the Enterprise for its share of the <br /> Enterprise's pre - authorization implementation costs for Enlargements. <br /> Participant's share of such costs shall be based on the ratio of Participant's <br /> intended Enlargements Storage space pursuant to this MOA ( J . 5 <br /> A.F.) to the total intended Enlargements Storage space requested to be <br /> constructed for all Enlargements Participants (not including Enterprise <br /> -9- <br />
