ENLARGEMENTS MOA
WEST OF PUEBLO
United States to provide for the option to trade any new storage space in Pueblo
Reservoir for Project Storage space in Turquoise or Twin Lakes Reservoir, or to
execute an exchange with the United States that would allow Participant to take
delivery of its water at its point of diversion.
IV. Responsibilities.
The Enterprise and Participant shall cooperate in the implementation and
development of the Enlargements as set forth in this MOA. Specifically, the
Participant and the Enterprise each shall have the following responsibilities:
A. Participant's responsibilities:
1. Participant shall participate in the implementation costs of the
Enlargements as set forth in this MOA, in exchange for a right to the use
of storage space, to the extent permitted by a subsequent Enlargement
Allotment Contract. Prior to enactment of the Enlargement Authorizing
Legislation, implementation of Enlargements will require expenditures of
