. A question was asked about the annual operation and maintenance costs with the Corps. It was
stated that it should not be very costly.

. Is this a 3D-year agreement with the Corps of Engineers or is it a permanent reallocation of storage
space? The question was submitted to the Corps and the answer was "when the federal
requirements are met and agreements executed. The reallocated space is permanent".

. There have been meetings among water users outside of the meetings held on August 11 at Denver
Water. We request that the Water Users Subcommittee members provide short typed meeting
summaries at the project meetings to keep track of progress and developments.

. At the end of the meeting water users agreed to give a range of storage space needs. Rick McLoud
requested that water users give the AF storage amounts at the low end and at the high end of their
needs. This exercise was not binding. It was to see what the ballpark numbers for need are.

. The are other water users with interest in storage space at Chatfield Reservoir. A couple of
entities that didn't attend were Thornton and Metro Waste Water. The time is now if interested.

. Twenty-three members attended the meeting. Marty Timmerwilke - the new Corps project
manager for the Corps of Engineers - Omaha District could not attend due to a prior commitment.
