Task 105 - Conduct Project Workshops and Coordination Meetings <br />Various project workshops and meetings will be conducted (up to 10) to communicate project status and <br />progress with the SECWCD Board, Arkansas Valley Conduit Committee, Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, local participants, and other affected agencies. <br />Task 106 - Develop Participant Communication Plan <br />A Project communication plan will be developed to solicit and convey project information to and <br />receive feedback from the local participants and agencies. <br />Task 107 - Develop and Maintain Website for Communications <br />A specific element of the communication plan will be the establishment of a Project website. <br />The website will be divided to allow general public access to information and password <br />protected access for stakeholders to other project information. <br />Deliverables will include a summary report and minutes of the Project Developrnent Workshop, <br />a Project Management Program Manual including detailed GANT charts showing project tasks, <br />schedule, and milestones. A project standards manual will be developed and provided. Minutes <br />will be prepared and distributed to workshop or meeting attendees. A website and <br />communication manual will be provided to stakeholders. <br />These tasks and deliverables will assure that the grant project will be successful by providing <br />structure, standaxds, and coordination of all tasks and people working in this project. <br />Task Groun 200 - Perform Conduit Alijznment and Technical Evaluations <br />Previous feasibility studies and cost evaluations identified alternative and preferred preliminary conduit <br />alignments. The purpose of these tasks will be to further refine those alignments and identify the <br />alternative alignments to be used in the environmental review phase of the project. <br />Specific tasks include: <br />Task 201- Identify Alternative Alignments for Environmental Reviews <br />Alternative alignments will be identified using information from previous reports and studies. At least <br />four (4) alignments will be developed. The alignments will be used to form the basis for the <br />environmental reviews. <br />Task 202 - Select and Evaluate Preferred Alignment <br />Based upon a predetermined set of qualifications, a preferred alignment will be selected for further <br />evaluation and refinement. The Bessemer Ditch will be evaluated as a potential alignment for the conduit <br />through the City of Pueblo. Constructability of the conduit in the ditch right-of-way will be reviewed. <br />The alignment evaluation will also consider other delivery routes from Pueblo Reservoir through the City <br />of Pueblo. The use of existing rights-of-way and easements will be maximized wherever possible. <br />Task 203 - Prepare Property Ownership Map <br />A property ownership map will be prepared to be used in evaluating the alignments. This map will <br />provide property ownership and right-of-ways for the various alignments. <br />3
