Compile and summarize existing knowledge <br />a) Organize a library of key documents <br />b) Develop summary document <br />1) Physical overview <br />2) Chemical overview <br />3) Biological overview <br />4) Operational overview <br />5) Legal/institutional overview <br />2. Identify research and activity needs <br />3. Conduct studies/activities to meet needs <br />4. Review products <br />5. Update library and summary document <br />6. Identify research and activity needs (repeat process beginning with <br />Step #2) <br />A library and Basin summary document will provide ready access to information <br />necessary for informed decision-making. Annual updates and periodic review <br />will be conducted for tracking progress and identifying research needs. As <br />needs are identified, study plans will be developed following the strategy <br />outline described in the attached document, beginning with scoping and ending <br />with validation. Results of all studies will be reviewed and incorporated <br />into the summary document to begin another iteration of the process. <br />Attachment <br />cu. dr.-)
