There's one eddy <br />8 that I referred to earlier on the right bank of <br />9 the stream below Cucumber Gulch. <br />10 Q. Do the course structures actually <br />11 push water back and then actually deflect it <br />12 forward in a manner that is different than the <br />13 rest of the stream channel? <br />14 A. I-- other than that one eddy, I <br />15 don't know of anywhere where the structures push <br />16 water back. And when you say "back," I assume <br />17 you mean upstream. <br />18 Q. Correct. <br />19 A. (Nodded head.) <br />20 Q. Do you have any expertise on the <br />21 flow rates at which the Breckenridge and Vail <br />22 white-water courses operate to provide the best <br />23 boating experience? <br />24 A.
