Yeah, let's do 12, and then I'm <br />3 going to ask you the same questions with respect <br />4 to his report that's attached to Exhibit 13, so <br />5 why don't you just spend a moment and look at <br />6 both of those. <br />7 (A pause occurred in the <br />8 proceedings.) <br />9 Q. Okay. With respect to Mr. Lacy's <br />10 report in the Vail case, he states that "The <br />11 flow of water has been significantly altered <br />12 both left and right on the horizontal plane and <br />13 up and down on the vertical plane." Do you <br />14 agree ar disagree with that statement? <br />15 A. At the location of the structures, <br />16 it would appear that that's true. <br />17 Q. He states, "In the location of the <br />18 course structures, Gore Creek is no longer a <br />19 natural environment." Do you -- do you agree or <br />20 disagree with that statement? <br />21 A. I disagree with it. <br />22 Q. And what's the basis of your <br />23 disagreement? 24 A.
