Placement of. a surcharge on sporting goods <br />equipment sold in the Upper Basin or throughout <br />the United States to support an endangered species <br />recovery program. <br />Allocation of existing Dingle-Johnson funds to the <br />~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ - <br />~~~ ~ recovery program. ~` <br />~; ' ~^ <br />Reallocation of funds within existing State and <br />Federal budgets. <br />._~ <br />Allocation of all or part of Colorado's voluntary <br />taxpayer allocation to the non-game program (the <br />"non-game check off") to the recovery plan. <br />A surtax on game fish licenses sold in Upper Basin- <br />states, <br />A combination of any or all of the sources listed <br />above . <br />Criteria for funding sources include. <br />1.
