July 15, 2009: Party Status Deadline <br />Pursuant to Rule 6m(5)(d), party status will be granted to any person who files a Notice of Party Status <br />wit h the Board on or before 4:45 on July 15, 2009, setting forth a brief statement of the reasons the person <br />desires party status. CWCB staff shall send each Party a list of all Parties to this proceeding on or before <br />July 17, 2009. <br />August 19, 2009: Prehear ing Statements Due <br />On or before 4:45 p.m., each Party shall file twenty - five hard copies of its prehearing statement with the <br />Board. Prehearing statements should address the factors set forth in Rules 6(e) and 6(f) to the extent <br />appropriate. P ursuant to Rule 6m(5)(e), prehearing statements shall contain all information that a Party <br />will rely upon at the hearing, including: <br />1) a list of all disputed factual and legal issues; <br />2) the position of the Party regarding the factual and legal issues; <br />3) a list identifying all of the witnesses that will testify for the Party, and a summary of the <br />testimony that those witnesses will provide; and <br />4) copies of all exhibits that the Party will introduce at the hearing. <br />By this deadline, each Party shall also delive r a copy of its prehearing statement, by hard copy or email, to <br />all other Parties, Contested Hearing Participants, the Hearing Officer and the Assistant Attorney General <br />representing the Staff. The Board will not consider information, other than rebuttal statements, submitted <br />by the Parties after this deadline except for good cause shown. <br />August 26, 2009: Prehearing Conference <br />A prehearing conference will be held on August 26, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 610 of the State Services <br />th <br />Building, 1525 Sherman St reet, Denver, Colorado. Please proceed to the 7 floor to check in and you <br />will be escorted to the meeting room. If you would like to participate by telephone, please contact the <br />Hearing Officer at least 3 business days in advance of the prehearing conf erence. The prehearing <br />conference will afford the Parties the opportunity to address such issues as time available for each Party at <br />the hearing, avoiding presentation of duplicative information, consolidation of concerns, etc. The Parties <br />may formulate stipulations respecting the issues to be raised, witnesses and exhibits to be presented, and <br />any other matters which may be agreed to or admitted by the Parties. At the prehearing conference, the <br />Parties shall make known any objections to the procedures o r evidence that they may raise at the hearing <br />unless such objections could not have been reasonably determined at that time. <br />September 30, 2009: Rebuttal Statements Due <br />On or before 4:45 p.m. on September 30, 2009, each Party shall file twenty - five hard copies of its rebuttal <br />statement with the Board. By this deadline, each party shall also deliver its rebuttal statement, by hard <br />copy or email, to all other Parties, Contested Hearing Participants, the Hearing Officer and the <br />Department of Law Attorney representing the Staff.
