FRICO has determined this alternative to <br />be the best of the four proposed alternatives as it meets their objectives of continued safe operations of <br />the dam and allows all of the components of the work to be completed jointly, saving costs and the <br />potential to need to lower the reservoir in an emergency situation if the identified problems are not <br />addressed. <br />A copy of the current design plans for the selected alternative is provided as Appendix C. <br />IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE <br />The following schedule is proposed for implementation of the project: <br />Task <br />Tar~et Completion Date <br />15 <br />
