Consolidated Civil Case <br />Nos. 2782, 5016 and 5017 and <br />Case No. 91CW252, WD 5 <br />November 1 ana Anril 15. <br />(3) --he substitution volume remaining aiter deduction <br />of the volumes set forth in subparagraphs (1) and (2) above <br />will then be --eleased during the Major Irrigation Season from <br />water stored ir. wolford Mountain and Williams Fork Reservoirs <br />under the foilowing conditions: <br />(a) Maximum rate of release from Wolford <br />Mountain Reservoir storage for substitution purposes shall <br />be 200 c.f.s.; <br />(b) Maximum rate of release from Williams Fork <br />Reservoir storage for substitution purposes shall be 300 <br />c.f.s. ; <br />(c) In the event that the substitution <br />requirement is 5,000 acre-feet or less, all substitution <br />releases, except for releases made from the 1,000 acre- <br />foot pooi reserved in Dillon Reservoir, will be made from <br />Wolford Mountain Reservoir, in accordance with the <br />provisions of paragraph 19.4 below; <br />(d) In a year in which the substitution <br />require*.^.ent is greater than 5,000 acre-feet, except for <br />releases from the 1,000 acre-foot pool reserved in Dillon <br />Reservoir, at least 5,000 acre-feet of substitution water <br />will be reieased from wolford Mountain Reservoir and up to <br />18
