Consolidated Civil Case <br />Nos. 2782, 5016 and 5017 and <br />Case No. 91CW252, WD S <br />10,000 acre-'?Eeet of substitution water will be released <br />from will_ams rork Reservoir in accordance with the <br />provisions c= paragraph 19.4 below; <br />(e) In the event the substitution requirement <br />is greater t-- nan 16,000 acre-feet t1,000 acre-feet reserved <br />in Dillon Reservoir pursuant to subparagraph (1) above, <br />plus 5,000 acre-feet of substitution releases from Wolford <br />Mountain Reservoir and 10,000 acre-feet of substituCion <br />releases from Williams Fork Reservoir pursuant to <br />subparagrapn (3) (d) above) the amount greater than 16,000 <br />acre-feet will be released from Wolfard Mountain <br />Reservoir, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph <br />19.4 below. <br />19.4 Once the USBR determines the volume required for <br />the substituticn during the Major Irrigation Season, the Board <br />will allow such ?pposers to designate the mix of substitution <br />releases between TAolford Mountain and Williams Fork Reservoirs <br />(hereinafter referred to as "the Schedule") for submission to <br />the USBR for approval so long as: <br />(1) The volume designated by the USBR is met; <br />(2) The condit-ions set forth above concerning the volumes <br />of water and rates of release from each reservoir are met; <br />(3) The Scnedule is not changed more than four times <br />19
