Manager Frank asked the Directors to note the District's new web site at <br />w-ww.lspwcd.ora <br />District staff ha.ve been informed that the audit for 2004 is completed and will be <br />presented at the August Board meeting. <br />Manager Frank noted that the Norther Colorado Water Conservancy District is <br />currently in the process of formalizing a Regional Pool Program (RPP) for <br />Colorado-Big Thompson (C-BT) water. Northern will be holding an informational <br />I listening session on August 80' from 7-9 p.m, at the Ramada Inn in Sterling. Brad <br />Wind from Northern will also be attending the next work session and Board <br />meeting to discuss details of the RPP and to answer any questions the Board may <br />have. Manager Frank encouraged members of the Board to attend the August 8th <br />meeting and to promote the RPP as this program would benefit the Lower River. <br />Approximately 336 applications have been received for the Water 2025 grant. <br />Manager Frank noted that the grant is good through September of 2006. <br />Manager Frank has completed the application for the Julesburg Recharge Project's <br />2003 & 2004 Drought Assistance Grant.
