Director Treadway reported that the next meeting of the Group will be held at the District office
on August 11, 2005 at 9:00 a.m.

OLD BUSINESS:
It was noted that Joe Frank (Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District), Jim Powers
(Morgan County) and Bruce Gerk (Town of Julesburg) have been appointed by their respective
organizations as roundtable representatives of the South Platte Basin for House Bill's 1177
"Interbasin Compact".
