Responsibilities of the Staff will include, but not be limited to, the following kinds of activities: <br />1. Implement the directives of th-e Conservation Committee. <br />2. Intra- and interagency coordination of formulation of Section 7 documents, including <br />biological opinions. <br />3. Coordination with the Service's and Nebraska Game and Parks Commission's law <br />enforcement divisions in development and implementation of law enforcement activities to <br />complement the habitat and public information goals of the Program. <br />4. Develop and recommend annual Program Budgets. <br />5. Develop, review, and recommend annual and long range Program operating plans. <br />6. Monitor and evaluate progress of Program activities. <br />7. Recommend conective or complementary actions. <br />8. Evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken by the Program in terms of their impact on <br />improving endangered species' habitats. <br />9. Develop and implement long range and annual research plans. <br />10. Establish and assess the results of habitat and species monitoring actions. <br />11. Establish technical standards for implementation of Program activities. <br />12. Develop plans and annual budgets for technical activities. <br />35
