13. Define and oversee implementation of the land management plan, including land <br />acquisition, land clearing, maintence, channel modification, and water acquisition. <br />14. Implement the information/education, law enforcement, and research/monitoring <br />elements of the Program. <br />15. Develop annual water operations plans in coozdination with other water managers in <br />the Platte River Basin and baseti on water availability and endangered species habitat needs. <br />16. Contract for operational services (e.g., land clearing, habitat monitoring, research, etc.) <br />and oversee timely completion of the contracts. <br />17. Cooperate with other parties to achieve Program goals. and objectives. <br />36
