The specific amount to be determined on the basis of costs. <br />Mr. Molini accepted the amended motion, and it passed unanimously. <br />(NOTE: Mr. Donaldson has been very busy working on details for <br />next year's meeting, and they can be found set forth in <br />Exhibit E.) <br />v., RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Fred Worthley, Chairman presented the Resolutions for consideration of the <br />Council. <br />RESOLUTION NO. I - Concerning Closure and Transfer of the Jones Hole <br />National Fish Hatchery. <br />Mr. Worthley read the resolution. Bud Bristow, Arizona, moved the <br />resolution be adopted, seconded by Dick McClesky, New Mexico. <br />Discussion followed, with some minor changes in wording being suggested. <br />The changed Resoltuion, which is attached as Exhibit F, was accepted by <br />Bristow and McClesky. When the vote was called, the motion carried, with <br />Utah abstaining. <br />Mr. Day said there were some parts of the Resolution agreed with, and <br />others what were in conflict with established administration policy. <br />RESOLUTION NO. II - Reaffirmation of Resolution No. III of 1982 <br />Relative to Review of Water Quality Standards <br />Mt. Worthleyread the resolution. Dick McClesky moved for adoption of <br />the resolution, seconded by Bud Bristow, Arizona, and carried unanimously. <br />The adopted resolution is attached as Exhibit G. <br />RESOLUTION NO. III - Relative to Section 8 Funding for Wildlife Mitigation <br />Mr. Worthley asked Doug to make comments and give his idea as to how <br />the matter should be handled. Doug suggested that a letter be sent, <br />which is attached as Exhibit H, together with the resolution as adopted <br />in 1982, to the various Congressional delegations and other appropriate <br />individuals. <br />New Mexico moved that Doug's suggestion should be followed, seconded by <br />Arizona, and carried unanimously. The updated Resolution is attached <br />as Exhibit I. <br />RESOLUTION NO. IV - In Support of Increased Funding of the Dingell- <br />Johnson Act y <br />Fred asked Rod Stone to read the up-dated version of Resolution No. III, <br />which was passed in 1980. The basic change was for a wider distribution, <br />to include Walter Jones, Democrat from North Carolina and Chairman of <br />the Merchant Marine Fisheries Committee; Congressman Stubbs, who is <br />8
