February 29, 1996, Contractor's electrical subcontractor (Eberhart Electric) installed stub out for
power feed to jib crane pad.
March 1, 1996, electrical subcontractor installed PVC conduit from meter well to level sensor
location.
March 12, 1996, electrical subcontractor installed PVC conduit for storage shed and covered
work area. Conduit was laid below the bottom of the slab and backfilled to the slab subgrade
with structural backfill.
April 23, 1996, electrical subcontractor installed 1 1/4-inch conduit and pulled the wire from the
light pole to the meter pole. The meter and disconnect pole are installed at the south side of the
covered work area. Also installed a load center box in the storage shed and a NEMA enclosure
installed on the exterior of the flow meter vertical pipe.
April 24, 1996, Public Service Company installed overhead line from the transformer to the light
pole and brought the power down to the underground line installed on the 23rd. The electrical
subcontractor worked on the meter and disconnect box at the covered work area, the load center
hookup in the storage shed, and the switch and electrical box for the jib crane. The motor and
trolley were also installed on the crane arm.
April 25, 1996, electrical subcontractor pulled wire through conduit from flow meter vault to the
load center in the storage shed. Also wired in the jib crane motor.
April 29, 1996, electrical subcontractor pulled wires through conduit from storage shed to
switches and outlets at covered work area. Wiring for sump pump was completed.
May 15, 1996, electrical subcontractor installing'/2-inch RGC conduit from meter well to
entrance structure. Conduit is anchored to the left side of the passageway wall approximately 2
to 3 inches below the top of the footer wall.
May 16, 1996, electrical subcontractor completed installing 1/2-inch RGC conduit from meter
well to the entrance structure. Installed the light fixture in the storage shed, the photo cell
