Personnel <br />Positions to fulfill the basic operating level consist of permanent full-time, <br />career seasonal and special staff assignments: <br />Group Leader <br />Ecologist <br />2 Secretaries <br />Legal Institutional Specialist <br />Hydrologist <br />Aquatic Systems Specialist <br />Staff Specialists <br />permanent full-time <br />permanent full-time <br />career seasonal <br />career seasonal <br />career seasonal <br />career seasonal <br />Special assignments or intergovern- <br />mental transfer equivalent to GS 12113 <br />in appropriate combination. <br />Although the inception of this Group came from the Fish and Wildlife Service, <br />its results benefit a variety of resource agencies. Therefore, continued <br />cooperation is expected in detailing personnel to' the IFG from agencies such <br />as the Heritage, Conservation and Recreation Service, Corps of Engineers, Soil <br />Conservation Service, U.S. Geological Survey, Bureau of Land Management, Park <br />Service, Forest Service, the Water Resources Council, and the Environmental <br />Protection Agency.
