2. Services: Direct services are provided to a variety of Federal, <br />State and local agencies. <br />3. Fundin : In addition to the basic operating level provided by the <br />Fish and Wildlife Service, funding has been provided from other <br />Federal agencies to broaden the service capability and to enable the <br />Group to perform a limited amount of contract research. <br />The initial pass-through funding by EPA and Water Resource Council transfer <br />was sufficient to support participation by the Fish and Wildlife Service and <br />State agencies. Federal agencies has been <br />used to broaden the service capability of the Group. <br />Organizational-Structure ate ' <br />Location <br />The Cooperative Instream Flow Service Group was originally a satellite of the <br />Western Energy and Land Use Team o? the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. <br />Subsequently it has been incorporated as an integral part of the. Team. <br />Programmatic review is provided by the Team Leader. The location of the Group <br />in Fort Collins, Colorado provides access to computer facilities, commercial <br />transportation connections, and access to established research facilities. <br />
