Learning Garden Project City Par~s Foundation, NY Use an existing 6,000-square-foot out- door garden in Van Cortlandt Park to provide 700 fourth- and fifth-grade students and their families from four elementary schools with opportuni- ties to learn about urban ecology, native plants, and local wildlife. Measuring Effectiveness USDA Forest Service, IV Coordinate the presentation and eval- uation of five ongoing interagency conservation education programs, including Animal Inn, Fish Fair, Celebrate Wildflowers, Nature Walks, I and Aquatic/Terrestrial Food Webs, to determine their effectiveness.
