Once data have been appended to the datahase, the Administrator will <br />268 check the updated database for completeness and accuracy. <br />269 <br />270 3. Working with Program Staff to update web site content periodically to keep Program <br />271 information current. Note: If possible, the web site should include limited editing permission <br />272 for Prograrvi Staff. This will facilitate timely posting of administrative information like <br />273 meeting dates and times, agendas, meeting minutes, and RFPs. <br />274 <br />275 4. Monitoring use of the web site and database, including use of the query and downloading <br />276 tools (e.g., number of users at various security levels). <br />277 <br />278 5. Working with principal investigators to develop standardized data collection and reporting <br />279 forms for new sources of data as the need arises. <br />280 <br />281 IV. PROJECT BUDGET <br />282 The Governance Committee has budgeted $200,000 for Database System development activities <br />283 in 2009 with subsequent yearly budgets estimated to be $100,000. Please note that these are <br />284 estimated budget figures provided solely for informational purposes. Contractors who submit a <br />285 proposal are NOT to indicate or display any fee related data whatsoever. <br />286 <br />287 V. CONTRACT TERMS <br />288 The selected contractor will be retained by: <br />289 <br />290 Nebraska Community Foundation <br />291 PO Box 83107 <br />292 Lincoln, NE 68501 <br />293 <br />294 The firm selected as most qualified will negotiate with the ED Office to establish a fair and <br />295 equitable contract. If an agreement cannot be reached, the second most qualified firm will <br />296 be invited to negotiate and so on, until an agreement is reached. The initial term of the <br />297 contract will be for a three-year period beginning in January of 2009 and terminating in <br />298 December of 2011 wit6 an option to renew at the sole discretion of the GC. Contracted <br />299 services wi11 be performed on a time and material not to egceed basis. Under the final <br />300 contract, annual written Notice to Proceed from the Executive Director will be required <br />301 before works begins.
