Task 2-11 Scoping Meeting Documentation Responsible Parir~er: CWCB Scope: The CWCB and the FBS&J Team shall prepare and distribute the meeting minutes, which shall include a list of all the participants and their r~,spective assignments for the project, as well as the overall schedule for the project as discussed at the Scoping Meeting. Tlhe overall project schedule shall establish the basis for each Project Team member's assignment(s). Project Team members shall review their task assigrua~ents and provide feedback or commer.its. FEMA Itegional Project Officer, FEIVIA Regional Contcacting Officer, and FEMA HQ Program M~r-ager shall review and approve the SO~v or MAS before it is distributed to the Project Team members. The MAS shall follow the template provided in Appendix I, Subsection I.3.1 of these Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners.
