The Company has an exchange arrangement whereby they release water from Panama Reservoir for delivery to Lower Ditch Users (i.e. Godding Ditch, Rural Ditch, and other users in the Idaho Creek vicinity). The Lower Ditch Users exchange their Boulder Creek water rights to the Company at the Company's headgate located at 12th Street in Boulder. The Company uses this exchanged water between 12`" Street and Panama Reservoir while the Lower Ditch Users receive their water directly from Panama Reservoir. The Company historically delivers 1.6 acre feet per share of which one acre-foot is derived from direct flow rights and 0.6 acre-foot is derived from storage or reservoir rights. However, some shareholders' ownership of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District Units (Big T) is included in the amount of wa°ter delivered. 3.3 PROJECT LANDS This project will not broaden the Company's service area and will not provide for irrigation of any new lands. The present lands irrigated are 5,685 acres as stated above. 3.4 WATER QUALITY There will be no water quality impacts as a result of this project, nor will there be any new water supplies developed as a part of this project for which water quality will need to be addressed. Construction dewatering, process waters, and diversions will be performed in accordance with required federal, state, and local permit requirements. ~S 3-2
