CWCB Construction Fund Loan Application <br />James Tingle Reservoir's capacity is dedicated to the return flow obligation of the <br />2005CW111 decree. The remaining approximate 235 AF of reservoir capacity is <br />being allocated approximately 30 AF to Center of Colorado and 205 AF to Centennial. <br />The James Tingle Reservoir will be jointly owned by Center of Colorado and <br />Centennial in approximately these proportions (195 AF Center / 205 AF Centennial). <br />Center of Colorado will use its 195 AF of storage capacity for the return flow <br />component of the project (165 AF) and the 30 AF of excess capacity will be utilized for <br />storage and augmentation purposes in the district's service area. Headwater storage <br />will become increasing{y necessary in order for Center of Colorado to operate its <br />county-wide blanket plan for augmentation, and Center of Colorado's reservoir <br />capacity is necessary in order for it to make use of its Randall and Sessions Ditch <br />water rights and for use in its augmentation plan. <br />6.
