Name of the project or facility: James Tingle Reservoir. <br />2. Purpose of this loan application. General location of the project. (Please include county, and approximate distance and direction <br />from nearest town, as well as legal description, if known. <br />Approximately 2 miles southwest of the town of Jefferson, Park County, CO in the <br />South'/2 of the SE'/4 of Section 18, Township 9 South, Range 75 West, 6t" P.M. <br />5. Please provide a brief narrative description of the proposed project including purpose, need, <br />facilities, type of water uses to be served and service area. Attach separate sheet, if needed. <br />The James Tingle Reservoir is a joint project with the Centennial Water and Sanitation <br />District. The James Tingle Reservoir is an approximate 400 AF storage and return <br />flow facility adjacent to Michigan Creek. The primary purpose of the James Tingle <br />Reservoir is to implement the terms of the decree granted by the Water Court in Case <br />No. 2005CW111, District Court, Water Division No. 1 which required that non- <br />irrigation season return flows from the historic irrigation of the Randall and Sessions <br />Ditches be replaced to Michigan Creek in the historic location. (See, April 18, 2007 <br />Water Court Decree attached in Appendix B). Approximately 165 acre feet of the <br />3 <br />
