CWCB Construction Fund Loan Application <br />of the service area.: <br />Center of Colorado is a Title 37 water conservancy district and its boundaries <br />encompass all of Park County. Center of Colorado's mission is to preserve and <br />develop the water resources of Park County for its citizens. <br />The Center of Colorado's current water resource assets include: <br />a. Ownership of the Randall and Sessions Ditches, recently changed to municipal <br />and augmentation uses in Case No. 2005CW111. The construction of the James <br />Tingle Dam and Reservoir, for which this loan application is submitted, is required in <br />order for Center of Colorado to implement the terms of the decree in Case No. <br />2005CW 111. <br />b. Joint ownership with the Upper South Platte Water Conservancy District of 30 AF <br />of consumptive use water in the Parmalee No. 2 and 3 Ditch and Flume Ditch on Deer <br />Creek adjudicated in Case No. 02CW231. <br />c. 100% ownership of Smelter Pipeline Reservoir on Mosquito Creek. <br />d. Joint ownership with the Upper South Platte Water Conservancy District of a <br />"blanket plan" for augmentation for the Center of Colorado and Upper South Platter <br />service areas adjudicated in Case No. 2002CW389. A copy of the service area is <br />attached in Appendix A. The augmentation plan was recently adjudicated in April, <br />2008 and has not been implemented as of the date of this application. Center <br />expects the first customers will be admitted to the plan during the 4t" quarter of 2008. <br />e. Approximately 131 AF of participation in the Chatfield Reservoir reallocation <br />project. <br />For existing facilities indicate: N/A <br />2 <br />
