. Karen commented that there will be increased public interest in the
meeting minutes so we need to make sure they are easy to find.
. Katie Fendel (Leonard Rice Engineers for City of Brighton) added that the
CWCB needs to make sure that there is nothing in the meeting minutes
that is covered under a confidentiality agreement until the FR/EIS draft is
released.
. Brooke gave an example of a potential problem: in the meetings, things
like the Environmental Mitigation Plan are discussed. Later, the public
could come back and say that Cooperators did not do something that was
outlined in a meeting.
. Tom reiterated that when the new Chatfield website comes online they
need to very careful to make sure the content put on it is ready for public
viewing.
. Gary added that documents available to the Cooperators on the FTP site
that are older than 30 days get expunged from site. Also, it is an internal
site and protected by password and user name so the public does not
have access to these documents.
. Question from Tom to Brooke: We missed the summer season this year-
are the flyers and signs posted at Chatfield going to stay current through
next spring when traffic at the park picks back up? Brooke answered that
everything will still be current in the spring.
. Brooke wrapped up by saying that Gary has provided Brooke with Tetra
Tech's mailing list for Chatfield and if there are any other lists of interested
parties that meeting attendees have please forward them to Brooke.

2) Project Schedule, Budget, and General Updates
. Eric had a conference call with CaE Headquarters about what is needed
for the Alternative Formulation Briefing (AFB). They should be able to
proceed despite the fact that the Recreational Analysis and the
Environmental Mitigation Plan are not complete.
. By the end of the Federal fiscal year there should be $40,000 in State
funds left. It should take around $20,000 to fund the cores needed for the
Seismic Study.
. Tom asked Eric if the CaE needs matching funds for the model
certification process. Eric's argument is that since the CaE is not involved
in creating the models that it should not have to go through the Eco PCX
(planning centers of expertise) certification. He is setting aside a place
holder of $30,000 in the budget to go through the approval process if it is
needed. Eric has no estimate on how long it will take if the model needs
to be certified.
. Question from Tom to Eric: What happens to funding in the interim from
the end of the Federal fiscal year to when the CaE will receive funding?
Eric thinks it will take about $200,000 total (50/50 cost share) to finish up
the project. Chatfield is not in the President's budget for fiscal year 2009
(there is $54,000 left in the House budget) and he is not sure how the
funding will come next year.

Tetra Tech

2
