Any unit costs or other direct <br />costs must be specified (i.e. mileage, number of miles, dollars per mile). For an example budget format -See <br />Attachment 1 at the end of this application. <br />If applicable, the budget should also detail the source and amount of matching funds and/or in-kind <br />contributions, if any. Schedule <br />A detailed project schedule including key milestones and the dates these are expected to be completed. <br />June 2008 -June 2009: Complete any further required design and engineering work (not anticipated) and <br />begin arrangement of project logistics <br />July 2009: Task 1-Remove existing outlet structure at Battlement Reservoir #3 by July 3 1, 2009 <br />July 2009 -August 2009: Task 2 -Complete construction of permanent, hardened spillway at Battlement <br />Reservoir #3 by August 31, 2009 <br />August 2009 -September 2009: Task 3 and Task 4 -Complete outsloping of the downstream slope of the <br />dam, and revegetation of disturbed sites at Battlement Reservoir #3 by September 30, 2009 <br />October 1, 2009: Open public fishing access to Battlement Reservoir #3 by this date <br />6.
