One example is `` The Construction of Sanitan- and Water Services to the West Labor Colony Camp in Fowler, Colorado, August, 2004. This project was funded through Tri-County Housi , and involved the installation of approximately 2,600 lineal feet - 11,19 of water main, and approximately 2,000 lineal feet of sanitary- server main. The project goal ivas to provide potable Nvater and sanitary server service to a small group of people who were on private wells and septic systems. The project was completed, tested and accepted by the Town in October, 2005. The project was completed, under budget and on time. Fowler shall provide matching funds in the amount of $47,000.
