PLATS OF TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY <br />A plat of topographic and locations survey showing all existing topographic <br />contours at 1' intervals, cultural features, improvements, finish floor elevations, <br />property ownership lines, easements of record, found monuments, control points <br />should be signed by a Colorado Professional Land Survey and provided in both <br />paper and electric copies. All reports and data sheets shall be provide both in <br />hard and electric copy. <br />Supply as required supplemental surveying for the design. <br />All survey shall be completed under the direction of, reviewed by, and sealed by <br />a Colorado PLS. <br />PROPERTY DELINATION <br />The survey will be summarized in a report that provides graphic information on <br />property ownership around the LSC. It will also be used to describe the effects <br />on the wetlands on the upper end of LSC. <br />Engineering Evaluation <br />HYDROLOGICAL <br />The Consultant shall evaluate the informal operation of the LSC by Hinsdale County <br />and prepare a representative annual hydrograph of LSC and the Lake Fork of the <br />Gunnison River below LSC to Blue Mesa Reservoir. It will also prepare <br />representative annual hydrographs of LSC and the river below LSC that <br />approximates proposed LSC operations. <br />GEOTECHNICAL <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for any geotechnical investigations necessary for <br />project design. Details of any such investigations shall be summarized in a <br />geotechnical report and submitted to the DM for review. <br />IMPACTED PROPERTY <br />Properties impacted by the proposed design and operational alternatives shall be <br />identified, and the expected impacts described. <br />UTILITIES <br />Utility locations shall be identified by research of utility company records. General <br />utility information shall be used to develop the design alternative. Enough <br />information shall be obtained to recommend utility realignment or other utility <br />conflict resolution, if necessary. <br />RFP Lake San Cristobal Project <br />Page 8 of 15 <br />
