Survey The Consultant shall collect survey data as needed for the boundary identification and for design services for the project. OWNERSHIP RESEARCH a. Deed and plan research to establish property ownerships, and easements of record to cover the aspects of the outlet and LSC as required by the project. b. Where existing plats are insufficient, prepare drawings showing record property owners, easements and access points. SURVEY CONTROL c. Establish sufficient horizontal and vertical control at vantage positions around the LSC. Control points should be indivisible and be a minimum of a 5/8"x18" rebar with a 2"aluminum cap with the Colorado PLS number and the control point name or number stamped on the cap. d. Horizontal control should be a modified state plane coordinates related to NAD 83. Care is to be taken to install monumentation in locations that are readily usable for the project and in as safe a location as possible so that they can be utilized throughout construction (No monumentation shall be set on or near the proposed improvements). The required project control (centerline/baselines and elevation references) shall be surveyed as required. Prepare a control survey diagram showing graphical representation of all monuments used for control. Tabulate the coordinates and physical description of all found monuments and other physical evidence. FIELD TOPOGRAPHIC AND LOCATION SURVEYS e. High water mark and existing water elevations of the entire LSC should be established. f. Existing building and improvements, along with finish floor elevations within 100 feet of the high water marks should be provided. g. Inlet and outlet topography should be provided. h.
