Survey <br />The Consultant shall collect survey data as needed for the boundary identification and <br />for design services for the project. <br />OWNERSHIP RESEARCH <br />a. Deed and plan research to establish property ownerships, and easements of <br />record to cover the aspects of the outlet and LSC as required by the project. <br />b. Where existing plats are insufficient, prepare drawings showing record <br />property owners, easements and access points. <br />SURVEY CONTROL <br />c. Establish sufficient horizontal and vertical control at vantage positions around <br />the LSC. Control points should be indivisible and be a minimum of a <br />5/8"x18" rebar with a 2"aluminum cap with the Colorado PLS number and <br />the control point name or number stamped on the cap. <br />d. Horizontal control should be a modified state plane coordinates related to <br />NAD 83. <br />Care is to be taken to install monumentation in locations that are readily usable <br />for the project and in as safe a location as possible so that they can be utilized <br />throughout construction (No monumentation shall be set on or near the <br />proposed improvements). <br />The required project control (centerline/baselines and elevation references) shall <br />be surveyed as required. Prepare a control survey diagram showing graphical <br />representation of all monuments used for control. Tabulate the coordinates and <br />physical description of all found monuments and other physical evidence. <br />FIELD TOPOGRAPHIC AND LOCATION SURVEYS <br />e. High water mark and existing water elevations of the entire LSC should be <br />established. <br />f. Existing building and improvements, along with finish floor elevations within <br />100 feet of the high water marks should be provided. <br />g. Inlet and outlet topography should be provided. <br />h. LSC bottom elevations in the area of the proposed improvements should be <br />further detailed beyond the batholithic survey provided to date. <br />RFP Lake San Cristobal Project <br />Page 7 of 15 <br />
