The final construction design documents shall include the following sheets: <br />• Title sheet <br />• General note sheets <br />• Section sheets <br />• Plan sheets <br />• Profile sheets <br />• Structure design sheets, including plan and profile if appropriate, for structures <br />• Retaining wall design <br />• Bid Tabulation sheets <br />• Summary of approximate quantities <br />• Construction phasing sheets <br />• Stormwater Management Plan sheets <br />• Additional sheets as necessary <br />A Professional Engineer licensed by the State of Colorado and experienced in dam <br />design shall seal all final design documents. <br />4 Technical Requirements <br />The technical requirements discussed below may not be complete. This list is provided <br />to assist the Consultant in preparation of the bid. The Consultant is free to modify these <br />requirements in its proposal to ensure a quality and cost effective project. <br />Right-of-Entry <br />In coordination with Hinsdale County representatives, the Consultant shall obtain right- <br />of-entry (ROE) and secure landowner permission to enter private property as needed to <br />perform the required geotechnical, environmental and survey data collection. Written <br />permission must be obtained prior to data collection. The work required includes: <br />• Establish the initial ROE requirements associated with the data collection effort. <br />Evaluate requirements of all disciplines that require ROE, including survey, <br />geotechnical, environmental, utility, etc. <br />• Prepare ROE form(s) that identify the data collection needs. Areas that require <br />invasive or destructive processes shall have an individual form addressing the <br />extent and liability associated with the process. <br />• Identify the individual parcels that require ingress. <br />The POC will supply from County records, owner addresses for the identified parcels and <br />complete the mailing. The POC will be responsible for interfacing with non-responsive <br />owners. The POC will supply to the Consultant any land ownership records it needs for <br />this work. <br />RFP Lake San Cristobal Project <br />Page 6 of 15 <br />
