• <br />The dates for submittal and review of the Draft and Draft Final versions maybe subject to change <br />based on discussions with the CWCB project manager. GIS files generated as part of the task <br />also will be transmitted to the CWCB following submittal of the Final Report. <br />Task 49.4 Project Management <br />This task includes progress meetings with the CWCB, will track work accomplished, manage <br />budget and schedule, and report the status of work activities. <br />• The Contractor will hold up to 6 three-hour progress meetings, conducted on an <br />approximately monthly schedule, with the CWCB project manager and experts he deems <br />appropriate. <br />• The Contractor will provide up to 6 monthly progress reports and associated monthly <br />invoices. These will be submitted separately from the progress reports and invoices developed <br />under Task 51. <br />• The progress reports will include a summary description of work accomplished during the <br />previous month and will describe the percent spent by scope and budget, percent complete, <br />and estimated cost to complete. The progress report also will describe any technical, budget <br />and schedule concerns and proposed corrective actions for Task 49. <br />• The invoices will include billing by person with their rate and hours, by task, the other direct <br />costs and a summary of retainage. <br />Task 50: Data Centered Modeling Tool Implementation <br />Objective: <br />The objective of this task is to develop and initiate application of additional software tools needed <br />to advance the data centered modeling concept for the alluvial groundwater modeling. This task <br />builds on the tools developed during Phase 3 and will focus on calibration assistance, pre- and <br />post-processing and utilities for development of Unit Response Functions (URFs). <br />Discussion: <br />Additional tools to facilitate the data centered modeling approach will be developed under this <br />task. These will include tools for integration of calibration assistance and summarization of flows <br />and water levels. Tools and databases for preparing model input files were developed in Phase 3. <br />Development and integration activities in Phase 4 will focus on tools necessary for calibration, <br />SPDSS Phase4_gw_SOW 09-15-06.doc 22 <br />
