. ~ ~ ~ ~~ ~ <br />Task 49.3 Reporting <br />Stakeholder Meetings <br />• A series of meetings will be conducted with local experts and other appropriate parties as <br />determined by the CWCB project manager. The purpose of these meetings will be to solicit <br />feedback on the site evaluation criteria, to communicate progress on this task, and to obtain <br />addition technical input. <br />It is anticipated that Contractor staff will meet with selected experts and/or groups such as the <br />IBCC Roundtables for up to six half-day meetings. The exact number and duration of <br />meetings will be identified in coordination with the CWCB project manager based on <br />schedule and remaining available budget. Contractor will prepare presentation materials for <br />the meetings, if needed, and will prepare summary meeting minutes that identify key <br />suggestions and concerns raised by the local experts. <br />Deliverable: <br />Project Report <br />• A report, anticipated to be up to 20 pages in length, not including f gures, tables and <br />appendices, will be prepared regarding the work performed in Tasks 49.1 and 49.2. This <br />report will be written for anon-technical audience and will be supplemented by appendices <br />that contain data and technical analyses that are summarized in the report. <br />• The Draft version of the report will be submitted in electronic (MS Word) format to the <br />CWCB project manager for review, with atwo-week turnaround anticipated. The Contractor <br />will address comments within atwo-week period and will submit a Draft Final version of the <br />report in electronic format for review by the CWCB, CGS and other parties, as determined by <br />the CWCB project manager. A two-week review period is anticipated on the Draft Final. The <br />Contractor will address comments within atwo-week period, in consultation with the CWCB <br />project manager, and will submit the Final Report in electronic (MS Word and pdf) and hard- <br />copy formats. It is anticipated that up to twenty-five paper copies of the Final Report will be <br />bound and submitted to the CWCB. <br />• The Report Schedule is anticipated to include the following: <br />o submittal of the Dra$ version by January 5, 2007 <br />o receipt of comments on the Draft by January 19 <br />o submittal of the Draft Final version by February 2 <br />o receipt of comments on the Draft Final by February 16 <br />o submittal of the Final Report by March 1, 2007 <br />SPDSS Phase4_gvv_SOW_09-IS-06.doc 21 <br />
